Indeed, part of the reason Assange and Zuckerberg so captivated the media world in 2010 was that journalists were trying to figure out what the duo’s emergence means for the future. “In a sense, Zuckerberg and Assange are two sides of the same coin,” writes Managing Editor Richard Stengel by way of introducing the Facebook founder as Time’s 2010 Person of the Year.
